STB Emu Not Supported

Greetings Team

I need help i have a provider who configure me for IPTV66, But since last week STB Emu Pro update in google play i get an error STB Not Supported, We did configuration again and same issue. I even bought a new android box Formuler Z11 Pro Max and we configure today and same error.

Can anyone advice or help me what could be wrong?

if you using formuler did you enter correct portal/url and attached proper Mac address?
your Mac starts with 00:1A:79..... and might be labeled as ID.
once attached and log into your providers account and perform a reset. then set country lock to all, isp off and try again.
if nothing works then pm me your donation code, order ID, email used to order, Mac address and url you have then I can take a look.

Thanks for the quick response. Per the Person who assist me to configure the STB Emu Pro, I just set a mac address and a serial number, and on device ID i check the first two boxes. How to Perform a reset? i think i do not have access as this is set up by somebody else.

Actually it's MAC-ID that starts with 00:1E:B8.

thanks Big Mac. just for clarification is that for formuler? if yes so they no longer label as ID? and they dont have 00:1A:79... anymore?

think just the z11 formuler model so far with that mac 00:1E:B8 if using thru the MOL3 app
(i think it is now the mol3 version, which is their iptv app)
