    Sound issue

This just started happening using the Buzz ap for Tv
Put a channel on then switch to another channel and sometimes the sound from the previous channel is now mixed in with the present channel I am on
So two sounds on one channel at the same time
The only way I can fix it is to reboot

Nothing different has changed on my end, same provider for 3 years

Does not matter what channel , it is hit and miss
Not sure if it has to do with using last channel with remote or not
It happens sometimes once a day sometimes twice

Hope the Buzz team can look at it

    Thanks

try to remove hdmi cable and put it back behind box and tv, try different hdmi cable if you have one, try to clear cache, try to delete server and add again if you can to see if these things helps.

I would say try a different app for same server and see if you are experiencing same issue.
If still experiencing same issue then try a factory reset option if possible to see if that helps.

ok, love the Buzz ap though, but i can see

I believe it has something to do with the 4900

I have a 3000 and a 3900 on exact same setup with no issues at all

im not experiencing anything like that on my 4900 using multiple servers.
sometimes things gets changed on server side so its better to switch media player to make it work properly.
so I would say try to switch media player if you can before you do a reset.
