can not connect / preparing to download????

Here I go again. I can not get connected.

It looks like my box to an update 022223? Now it will not connect.

I have rebooted and even unplugged for 20 mins several times. sometimes I get a banner across the screen the states" preparing to download" and hangs up. so I reboot again. I have checked my settings an server, even reentered them all.

I have tried to change the server to a different location (P6 now) but it will not, I have done a reset on the papaio site. Stillnot go.

Need some help her please.

What am I missing?

I should have posted sooner, as I am back up now. Thank you the help by someone? i have no clue what or why ?
