Bought a rocket yesterday went to the rocket checker 364 days as of today. Rockets still does not work. I get an error message saying talk to service provider. Can have additional information if needed

What box, app, setup are you using?
Did you attach MAC address? MAC starts with 00:1a:79….
Make sure url is correct.
