I have lost my service on the 4900 several days / weeks ago. I have tried to reset, iptv server, portal, country and everything that I know of. I have rebooted and unplugged .
I have tried P6 and 7. any suggestions would be great .

whats the error do you get? do you have internet on your box? connected wifi or hardwired?

Still no go. When I even try to add a new server setup I can't get it to scroll down to allow me to add the password under the user name for credentials. tt gets hung up or something. I have even tried two different remotes to see if one was not reading well.
you said you tried to reset? rest box or reset on provider site?
