playback error

Okay so I have thie one firestick. Its brand new kokaleka installed shows channels and guide but all channels show unable to play video. I tried different players and nothing works. It does the same same thing one a hot spot and wifi. I have changed the number several tines and even did a reset to factory for the firestick. does ayone have a idea why i cant get the video to play. i have even tried to assighn with the mac and it still gets playback error

Don't just shut off the app but Log off the Kokaleka app
Then log back on, See what happens with that.

or

Log back on Rocket website and change your Country Lock to 'All Countries'.
See if that does anything.

Keep the MAC blank when use Kokaleka app
