5 update?

How long does it take to update to buzz5? my box downloaded it installed it an now its just stuck at a screen that says 5 been about 30 minutes so far, do I just leave it alone an wait?

should be done between 5-20 minutes. try to reboot your box.

txs , I tried reboot same thing locks up at the buzz 5 logo screen, I tried a second time same. thing , so I powered it down an same thing, ok. powered down unplugged waited a few minutes same thing buzz screen then blank then buzz then buzz5. logo an a message saying the app isn't responding tried to close app didn't change anything. so this time I hit wait any ideas?

try factory reset. turn your box off, hold reset button while powering up your box, keep holding reset button until you see recovery screen.

same process for 4000/4200.

ok tried reset. got a little different result now instead of the 5 logo it now goes from 5 to a black screen an nothing

did you remember what firmware you had and what it updated to?

iptv ver 4.0.530. I can't say what the new one went too.

go to recovery screen again, this time try to wipe cache partition first. then wipe data factory reset. reboot and let it sit for some time and see what happens.
