buzz or rocket?

I have the buzz xrs 4000 have many issues as of late. not sure if there buzz or rocket so I decided to start here

first issue can't connect wirelessly when I put in the password then hit the enter button it only hides or unhides the password ? if I hit the enter more then twice the screen locks up an I have to go back to the home page an start again, (currently using wired connection)

next issue aa big one lol. live tv is pretty much unwatchable at this point freezing, screen goes black , sometime white, or. if I try to channel surf it just locks. up at the previous channel
I've tried to reset , power off, disconnect the server an reconnect , sometimes it works other times blank screen

any ideas

To use wifi you need to disconnect ethernet.
What are your firmware/software versions?

Try to update to buzz5. Send email to buzz team and ask them to send update.

I tried to update but says nothing available. would you happen to have or know where I could find the buzz team addy?

While in update screen did you enter 2015 after checking for update?

These are the plans moving forward


1. New FW OTAs will be sent to all Android 9 Models on Buzz 4
Existing users on Buzz 4
Can stay there
If they choose to go to buzz 5 they can with 2015

We have updated the 2015 method on this Buzz 4 FW Update, to now automatically retrieve the latest Beta Update.
There won't be anymore waiting around for your MAC to be added. You will just need to be running the newest version of FW we send out for Buzz 4.
