Update info error

For some reason my T-3 cannot conect to the Internet.

I checked on the Software Tab

This is what it says:

update info error

Firmware Info Error (network)(x-1)
IPTV Info Error (network)(x-1.

What do I do.

have you restarted your device?

I have found that : rebooting the Router fix internet connections problems.
