Been a good year plus since I seen VOD run this Bad

Some US Channels Down

We are experiencing a problem with one of our datacenters affecting a group of channels from US and Latin America. Our team is working hard to get everything back to normal ASAP.

Buzz boxes with new beta file
If a channel buffering
Press menu on the remote on that tv channel
Press refresh
The buffer will stop !!
Seems like a connection problem to the server
You’ll noticed this when changing channels, if you try a channel that’s bad or no streams available and back to a working channel it will buffer press refresh all good !!!

Am running the 687 file
Your correct there’s no freezing!!
Unless you go to a bad channel etc and back to the good channel it’s starts to buffer..
menu press on refresh no problems
On boxes with the 653 file same !!
It’s a server related problem
I’ll program a new box with out the new beta see if it’s the same
Update new box E2 with 524 file
On default same problems switching channels
Am going to blame the server !!

Press menu
Press refresh, buffering stops !!
