ppv trouble with buzz 5 not working

is there a way to watch ppv that works is the question.
seems like every time I clear the cache first and try to watch ppv I get the error msg that buzz 5 quit working.

also a second question: for ppv is there a pause/ play option or fast forward anywhere?

    thanks

How often are you clearing cache?
    Your remote has those functions.

are you getting the message at other times or just ppv?
the ff rewind etc dont work on the ppvs
You can set up timeshift for ppvs to use those functions

I usually dont have trouble with buzz 5 not working unless I am watching ppv channels. It never seems to make it all the way through and I have to start over again so thats not good.

I just clear the cache ahead of time when watching ppv since I have trouble most all the time.

have no idea how to start the movie back up where I left off using timeshift. Sounds interesting though.

You turn on timeshift in pvr settings and assign storage

with papiao service Timeshift will work with secondary player on PPV movies but movies won't play because media format not supported. movies will play with default player but Timeshift won't work with default player.

Buzz xrs 4900 version 5.0.653 unable to play PPV's movies on secondary and unable to pause or rewind. other than that works fine on all other channels.
