how to enable close caption on T2 Prime?

I think by pressing one of the colored buttons while on a TV channel the option may be there (the red button maybe).
But it may not allow the function (doesn't allow the change), last I remember.

IDK. But,.........you will have to go through all of the various box menus. There is also a menu for the main operating system after you exit all of the programs, maybe it's in there somewhere?

You will probably find that, with these Services, caption data is not included in the stream data.
