    you could try clearing data instead of a factory set Then you only have to reinput server info

    I did clear data and cleared cache and still blacks out for a couple of seconds when changing channels ?!

    Question

    If I knew for sure if a factory reset will fix this annoying problem, I might do it . I guess no guarantee?!
