Question Black screen with changing channels?! :(

    Hello my good friends,

I have 2 of the 3900 buzz boxes and I love them very much and I really thank Buzz team for their exceptional work
One of my 3900 boxes works perfectly while the other one has the glitch that when I click to change channels for a 1 second or 2 I get a black screen and then it changes the channel?!
Why is that happening? and it does that with all of the iptv portals/servers.
    Thanks

Maybe this one has more apps running in the background?

I clear cache all the time.
I am wired with 350 Mbps speed.
No, I really prefer not to factory reset as I do not want to lose everything I have on this box

Do you mean with the whisk broom or are you doing it from apps/buzztv 2?

    whisk broom, isn't that enough?
If I were to clear from apps/buzz tv, what would I lose?
    Thanks

Nothing. All your data remains since you're not clearing it.
    Whisk broom clears background apps.
