Really dumb question --Delete apps

When I got up the morning I was really feeling dumb, so now I will prove it.

How do you delete apps from Buzz 4000 box, I want to delete some of the apps that I tried and didn't like or didn't work and clean up the box a little then add some new one if I can???? LoL

I thought it used to be so easy, but not I have COVID brain, I guess
