    Conjuring 2 (2016)

    2016 Horror Movie



    Directed by: James Wan and written by Carey Hayes, Chad Hayes, Wan and David Leslie Johnson.

    Stars:     Vera Farmiga, Patrick Wilson, Frances O'Connor, Madison Wolfe, Simon McBurney, Franka Potente

    Plot: In 1977, paranormal investigators Ed (Patrick Wilson) and Lorraine Warren come out of a self-imposed sabbatical to travel to Enfield, a borough in north London. There, they meet Peggy Hodgson, an overwhelmed single mother of four who tells the couple that something evil is in her home. Ed and Lorraine believe her story when the youngest daughter starts to show signs of demonic possession. As the Warrens try to help the besieged girl, they become the next target of the malicious spirits.

    My Take: Eerie freaking movie, plot is excellent, acting on point, directing is just right......watched with the wife and it is about time to finally watch a quality horror film, easily the best Horror movie of 2016. There is not much I can say without giving away the story but it is downright scary. Let me make it clear it it's not original but it's very close to the actual events and if you don't believe me read the movie vs actual accounts article:

    i did jump on few spots but was just ok for me better then other movies

    LOL...somehow i knew you were going to say "ok"!!Just reading the details of the actual events makes this movie a winner to me

    woke up this morning to find out that the wife turn on a night light in middle of the night...LOL

    Yeah well the scares come quite often as scenes will linger and bring a huge sense of tension and get you when your not expecting it bringing some very frightening scenes.
