im not using rocket but on 4900 I have no problem.
are you using hdmi came with them? try different hdmi and see if it makes difference.All information provided is for informational purposes only. Use at your own risk.

there was sound loss on a few channels last night. (iptv66)
TVLand would loose sound after about 10 minutes and then it would come back and the loop continued.
buzz box 4900 and iptv66
I am not sure how it is doing today thou or how other boxes are
added:
182 just lost audio 4900 (channel change brings it back).
Change to another device and seems the audio is fine.
I believe i remember that this happened awhile ago too. The channel change always fixed it,till eventually the issue went away.
Seems that when the server gets a micro glitch, it happens without noticing anything with the video besides maybe a glimpse of a freeze, but the audio is lost till a channel zap.Last edited by crazed 9.6; 08-21-2021 at 02:25 AM.

Ya your correct I have many with the same problem it’s the server side 100%
That said it’s not affecting the old mag boxes or older 3000 Buzz boxes !! Other buzz boxes big problems

I have few dozen boxes the same thing and on different IP I know it’s the server !
Some channels fine most usa not
