all channels coming from the server will never ever be down at same time.
If you do indeed have all channels down then follow Ryu's advice.
Check one or two of the PPV channels , then check TVLand channel."The illusion of freedom will continue for as long as it's profitable to continue the illusion. Worked... Thanks I powered cycled the box by removing the power adapter and the router too.

seems if there are multiple people down then the server must be down .... not all channels thou, never all channels
Give it a few minutes guys, it should be restored.
The other papiao server is up (iptv66)
