My second mag 254 is not working.. I believe the issue is… th Ethernet connection has my correct MAC address, but my wifi has a different one.. and I don’t have/use Ethernet.

you dont have to worry about Mac address from ethernet/wifi card.
Mac address you are looking for is starts with 00:1A:79...... and should be located underneath your box.
then attach that Mac address on your provider site.All information provided is for informational purposes only. Use at your own risk.
