No English HBO channels

So to be clear these channels: HBO: 2 West, Xtreme, Max, Plus, Family West, West. Stars Classic, Stars Hits(is actually Fox Premium) are and will be always in Spanish??.

These none working channels are now working: HBO East, HBO Family East, Movie Channel Drama, Movie Channel East, Stars Cinema, 5 Star, Star Suspense(No sound),
Showtime Extreme, Sky Select(Video Games), Sky Drama(Repeats scenes)
