IPTV Smarter app playback error

hi,

i recently install the IPTV smarters app on my firestick, but my iptv66 channels wouldn't work - i get constant error saying "playback error". Not sure what could be causing this. Can someone please help me with this issue?

Do you have a MAC address attached to your code ?
If so, remove the MAC addy and leave it blank. Then try the app again.

I do not have the mac enable: my account shows all zeros mac address. Could I be missing something else?

i change the portal to s1 from s2 and that fixed it. all is good now. thanks for you help though.
