Then seems all the experienced dirt track drivers and previous dirt track winners, dropped back or wrecked or got enough damage to hold them up.
And guys like Saurez having one of his best days ever in a Cup car.
Newman spinning out early and getting a top 5 at the end of the day
And Hamlin held off and did not try the bump and run on Lagona on them last couple laps... that was unexpected, thought for sure he'd be on that
