I haven't been able to see any movies in VOD. Is it down or is my setup off ? I had it before and would lose it for a few days every now and then but its now been weeks since I've seen any movies in VOD.

what connection method is being used ?
Do you have the MAC attached at website ?
Are the Credentials added to the server set up?
What URL is being used ?
