Hi All, Have xrs4500, been trying to play vod but keep saying media file is not supported. Does anyone know what could be wrong? Do i need to do anything in the setting?Thank you in advance for any help.

try changing media player
I did try changing the player but the same. It happenes on all the vods.
i just tried 3 vods on p6 with no issues I am on a 4500 but my software is different than everyone elses
youll have to wait for someone else with a 4500

The Buzz app version 4.0.494 is the same here on the Xr4000 model and VODs work fine.
Media Player is set on Default, but Secondary Media Player also works fine.
Are you using the MAC attached to your code at the website ?
That can be referred to as MAC Portal method.
Or are you using an M3U Playlist URL ?
Are you using the full Portal URL or the shortened URL ?

Ok so i put donation number in user id and password and changed the player to default did the trick. Its working but loads very slow.
