who has a guide? The units that we use to test have guide but I have none

The xrs4000 on MAC portal currently has working EPG

IPTV66, but that should make no difference as the EPG xml is same.

if you wanted to do a 'test' with the EPG
You could use the M3U server configuration and use the M3U Playlist URL and then use either Acid's EPG URL or Shooty's EPG URL
Those URLs are fairly lengthy thou so I use Total Commander Manager which has the Copy function.
I just went thru the steps on this XR4000 here, I know its not the 4900 but I wanted to ensure it does work with the Playlist URL and EPG URLs, and it does.
Once I connect to that server slot, it seems to take some time to get started up thou. It hangs on 'Loading Move List' for at least one minute it seems.

The best is to use an attached mouse for this setup.

If that works or does not work, may help in trouble shooting the issue at techs end. I do not know how,but there it is
