    I need a new provider

fgdfMy present provider isn't responding as he (she) should. My goal is to renew a sub that is soon expiring, and I'm being over charged.
Is there a provider I can work with?
I need to renew my sub only, not sign up for a new sub.
I will accept any provider that can renew using a debit car or even paypal.

If you want to Renew, then that Provider is the one you have to use.
If you are referring to a Reseller that you used to initially "provide" you, your account to these Services (these IPTV Service Providers), then you could just Renew directly from these Service Provider.
Only problem being, you need to use BitCoin to Renew or get a new Sub.
Using a 2nd Reseller to renew a sub from another Reseller, would probably not be a problem, but you would have to find another Reseller of these Service and ask them about it, since they would not actually be "selling" any of their subs., but would probably charge you extra for performing the service.
I would just get another sub.

If you went with a reseller then that is where you MUST renew with. Changing servers is to start over.
