Can't get new donations to work

I just got 4 new donations, and none of them I can get to work. All 4 stb get blocked, I can't enven get in IPTV Reset & Rocket checker. I reelly need Help. Please show me How. Thanks

None of them have a MAC attached thou and that is reason why you are seeing the blocked message.

What is the reason why you can not get to the Rocket Reset site ?
If you can not get onto the site correctly, you may have to try using different web browser.
Try Firefox web browser.

And check the messages I sent you last night, about 10 or 11 hours ago.
