mag 322 password

bought a good use mag 322
when it starts up it shows a password and user name
but the sellar never gave me one
i can get to setting but no where u remove that part
any ideas

that 322 should be same setup as your 254 was.

In the server setup menus is where you should be seeing the place for username/password

i got a hold of the person i got it from
he forgot to factory reset it
he is going to look tonight when he gets home from work

after that reset, you only need to attach the receiver's MAC to your code at the service website and then add your server URL to the mag's setup menu and then load portal (the red button if seeing the blue screen).
You do not need to attach your username/password into the mag's server setup menus.
The MAC attached and the correct portal is enough to connect to server (papiao or iptv66)
