Hi,

If you are a Dreamlink user the STB Blocked error may be caused by a pending software update in your STB. Please go to Home -> Settings and see if there is any update pending. This is not a server side issue, it's caused by the Dreamlink.

For those of you not using Dreamlink but experiencing the same problem please try this:

1) Use these public DNS (1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8).
2) Do an IPTV Reset or change to a different IPTV Portal.

WARNING: Avoid the following if you are using an informir MAG STB.

3) Check for software update for your STB or App.
