    And I can 'almost' understand what you are trying to tell us

    You say to use the Off function that is found on the Home Screen to power off the Buzz device and not the RCU function.
    And there is something else there that you were trying to say, but hard to follow bud

    Power stays off still using the same method maybe this is the way going to be until new update comes our team Buzz for 3900
