    no channels working, rocket checker not working, ??????

    site mail not working, how would i go about getting any help?

    Mine will not load or freezes so bad you cant watch it but a friend has the same setup I do theirs plays fine. Has to be a conflict with my ISP because I can stream with other apps with out a problem. This happened several years ago with people who have the same ISP I do and something was done to fix the conflict. Mine has been doing this for about three weeks now.

    Big thanks to Crazed, helped me out and now I have things sorted out as best as possible, my issue was a vpn problem and a search engine interferance.

    I have two setups a mag 254 and firestick and the freezing and buffering started 3 weeks ago. Both are lifetime donations on ethernet connections. I have done nothing to my settings in years and keep hoping the situation is being addressed. IS there something I should do? Or has my internet provider, Verizon figured a way to mess with me? Please help! Thanks!

    I should say that I am USA based, attempting to view USA channels. Also the expanded channel list for local stations is exciting and seems to be 'in the works' as they 'work' intermittently, can I also assume that these will be up and running in the near future?

    I also do not use a VPN as my understanding is that it would negate my donations. Must also admit that I am not well versed in setting these units up, and like I said I haven't played with any settings in many years and not even sure if I would feel comfortable in doing so. I have pulled power from both and let them reboot to see if it helps but to no avail.
