All I did with mine was connect to the Internet,do the update,enter server setting,reboot
And it was all good to go,it took me under five minutes.

did this box update at the beginning when you loaded the internet if not start over

think the box didnt update at the beginning you must have internet then it will update what i would do start over do factory reset and this time load internet first so it can update the box it must do that did the box update at all ? in the beginning

just did factory reset and ethernet cable still plug-in...

Nope, on the box itself I see RED light only no green light.

looking at top left AVOV logo next to right it display like a double monitor icon then far right hand side is date/tiem

I thought that too since a lot apps is embedded just need plug-in server setting scroll the listing from Markets can't access anything. I know my internet connection is good since I can browse using Home Page opton

ok you have internet but when you first did this box did it update at all you would have seen bar with lots numbers moving every avov i own needed to update at the beginning or wont work

Try doing an update again the current build is 1.0.12
Model number should be avov_TLP
