    here are the options from menu, video club, iptv, settings, my apps, market, local media...click on settings I see time, ethernet, sys info, miracas, airplay &dlna, parental control, wifi hotspot, pppoe, homepage, applications
    go to sys info select auto update on
    press check now but don't see any activity download
    try wifi no go and ethernet connect cable see ip address fine and I'm able to browse internet

    ok try this go to channel store and tell me if you see a app called tv-online want to rule out something

    no TVonLine app in the TVonline avov channel store.
    It's embedded in the receiver, remember.

    correct i didn't enter server info since can't find it from menu option server setting. could it be my system build number 1.0.8 is old or new? try system update download but don't see anything happening on update.

    any build will work with that TVOnline box.
    You see no update cause there is none recent.

    unplug box first and reconnect and see if you can get to that server input menu

    think the box didnt update at the beginning you must have internet then it will update what i would do start over do factory reset and this time load internet first so it can update the box it must do that did the box update at all ? in the beginning

    Looks under market there is no tvonline app. could it be bad box i'm getting from ebay?
