Help with Mag 256W1 Software Update

I have a Mag 256W1 and the box started acting up. I went into the Software Update and the box does not update. It stops and shows infomir on the screen bottom about 4 times. Are there any ideas? (I don't know for sure but do not believe the port is blocked. It was working 3 days ago.)

I would advice not to update these older infomir models with software that comes from infomir
