BuzzTV XR4000 Restars when being Shutdown

    Hi,
I've Buzz TV XR4000 and XRS 4000 boxes
My XRS 40000 is working fine but XR 4000 (V20200607) started acting up by restarting/rebooting every time I shut it down.
I'm on latest version of software on both boxes but only one is acting up?
    Any solution is appreciated.

I experienced the same thing for awhile, till i figured out that it was because I held the power button too long or hit it a second time by mistake. I'd shut it down and walk away and upon coming back the box was on again. This kept happening time and time again until I was purposely careful at how I shut it off, then all was okay after that.

    Also set your PowerKey function.
Settings > Advanced Settings > Powerkey Definition
    I set this to 'Shutdown'

Go to settings, advanced settings, powerkey and select suspend
That should at least allow you to shut down with a quick hit of power button
