try and reboot router and put your vpn in router so all and everything you have is safe

I did reboot the router and modem yesterday it worked for a while then crashed cannot open url and sometimes buffering and sometimes freezing I live in Jordan I asked my internet provider they said they do not ban IPTV service . Reset my two lifetime accounts many times did the allow all countries deleted McAfee app on my iPhone because it has VPN still nothing could you check on your side to see it might be something that needs fixing from your side ?
