I start my mag254 and it starts loading and then NO SIGNAL on tv screen. Turn box on and off and on again and nothing.
Disconnect on back starts loading and NO SIGNAL pops up on tv. Any help?

try to switch hdmi cable and try different hdmi port behind tv. if nothing then put into recovery mode and reset your box.
