Password and username

I bought a new routE and now I can't find where to put the password and username.
Only YOUR STB IS BLOCKED

Stb blocked, using a mag? need more info. Credentials are not needed with a mag. Post more info about your set up and hardware.

I had two subs and they expired so l could not renew cause they expired more then 3 months.
So l bought two new routes and l have to put new username and password but all l get is YOUR STB IS BLOCKED CALL PROVIDER
that is on mag254 and mag322.
