    Something just doesn't look Right with the Picture of the Back of that TV...! Is there another USB Port on that Stick or just the USB 3.0 on the End...?!?

    That Stick pictured connected to TV is using a cross over cable from DC Power to USB 'regular' type.
    That cable is connected to the DC Power connection on the Stick and the other end connects to USB port on the TV.
    That is one way to power up the Stick.

    It also comes with a Power adaptor that can be plugged into a wall socket.
    It also comes with an HDMI extension cable so you do not have to plug the Stick directly into the TV HDMI port. Use the extension cable to bring the Stick out in front of the TV
