recording/USB Issue

Hi all,

I am having issues with my new T3 and getting things to record via mytv. It keeps showing Warning Empty recording files. I have tried both usb thumb drives and an external HD and it is all the same thing. I have tried formatting drives via computer for as exfat and that did not work either. Neither did using the t3 settings to format. tried a factory reset and it did not work either. I am at a loss. thank you for any help you can provide.

try to format thumb drive at PC by FAT32 format. and make sure to stop button when he finishs recording.
