Hi everyone,

make sure your portal url and Mac address match in your box and on server side. make sure no typo errors. hit reset on provider side and it should work.
All information provided is for informational purposes only. Use at your own risk.
also, it seems people are entering the incorrect MAC address at the website (attached to their code).
And this is in fact what marinesta's problem is.
Marinesta is not the first to have made this mistake. I get messages from maybe 3 or 4 people per month that do the same mistake.
The Z8 and T3 and some BuzzTV boxes show two MACs on the box.
One is a MAC address and one is the MAC ID or Server ID
They both have the same last 6 digits but the first 6 digits are not the same.
The one you want to connect to is the Server ID which first 6 digits are 00:1a:79
This is explained in the setup tutorials for all these receivers.

It's the upside down world
A lot of my clients get stb blocked twice a week sometimes, I have to do a rest on the donation, most of the boxes are MAG 322 and some Dreamlink T2. Is there a fix for it
