Freezing (Mornings US Eastern Time)

I get a lot of freezing on US news channels CNN, Fox, MSNBC....but it's only
in the mornings....things get ok in the evening and nights.

Also, what are the channels to access EPL.....cant see TSN anywhere and BT Sports/Skysports
has vanished.

I am accessing through simple player pvr on kodi.....do I need to use kokaleka to get all the channels
like TSN?

NBC LOCALS (NY, MIAMI CHICAGO) AND NBC SPORTS NETWORK IN SPORT SECTION.....also spanish channels in sport sec. that shows epl....but they shuting down all the games in europe
