No. I Just Switched From p1.iptvrocket.tv To p1.iptvrocket.ru. And Now I Can't Connect
My thought would be their system is set to pick up any one testing out side their registered country. So you have to contact them and explain what happened. Just sayin
try setting your code to 'All Countries' (perform a Reset at the website as well).
If that does not work then try setting up a public DNS thru your router's administration panel
