I don't believe they offer IKS anymore .

But in General i believe it works else-where ...

Whats your internet speed ? Maybe you tried wrong service , do you have IPTV now and if so what service do you have ?

Hi, In general Cuban internet is slow most of the time we get 2/3g speeds in my town and super expensive not unlimited data, I never used IKS before but so far what I've been reading is that while requires constant internet access it uses small amount of data to pull the keys. Any recommendation is welcomed.

is 2/3 g supposed to be meg ?

As i mentioned before they only do IPTV now , i can't quote you on IKS speeds as it depends on the service you're connecting to , and they don't offer any here .
