I can not change portal, want to change from p6 to something else.

I'm not sure but I "think" the server they assign is the one you have to connect to. The problem with the p6 server since early last night is its offline so anyone trying to connect with any of their devices will not be able to which is why the yellow bar is not showing up, just a black screen. If it were able to connect, it would show the yellow bar indicating your device is connecting to the server. Don't make any changes to your software or hardware and there is no point in doing a reset because the server is not online. Just try connecting every once in awhile to see if its back online.
