@4me2c, How has the service been working before you seen this thread about the VPN? Is your service gonna work any better using a VPN? I understand about customer service, but the service is the same whether you use a VPN or not! Right?
Thing is when it comes down to either using a VPN to gain access and use your code (and possibly get a notification from service or possibly not)... or don't use a VPN and have no access to your stuff anyway because the ISP is blocking it, I myself would use the VPN... when the only other option is to just forget about it and let the code expire.
Bumper posted this thread Dec 20th and first response did not come in till next day.
Ironically the fact is that I did send Bumper a PM within approx a half hour after he first posted and in that PM I told him to use the VPN as there was nothing to loose

Bud it has nothing to do with customer service.Re read post 8.God it was off for a short time. You think the worlds coming to an end and they need to update you every time they do work on the server.Pretty simple if you choose to use one and you get banned then you have another chance.But it also adds another curve ball to the connection.
