Need some assistance/advice to help a client with some serious freezing

I recently installed 3 Mag322w1 boxes at a home in New Jersey where 3 bedrooms are rented out. In the room where the modem is, I used an ethernet connection from the modem and wifi for the other 2 rooms. The room furthest away from the modem, I decided to play it safe and installed a wifi booster. I did this at about 2:00pm on a weekday. Each box played well while I was there. No freezing. I drove back to New York. About 3 hours later, I received a call saying that there was severe freezing on all of the boxes. I increased the buffers, upgraded the software but nothing I have done so far has helped. Can someone please assist me with this?

Perform a couple DSL speed tests between 5 - 9pm.
    Sounds like ISP Throttling.
*Bandwidth limiting to accommodate your local network neighborhood (just when people get home from work or school and start surfing).

check your internet package specs for "minimum guaranteed bandwidth", not the "up to" number.

Speed test check must be 18 to 25 for a speed on wifi
If below. 15 mbps will never work right

Internet connection speed could be the culprit. If they are running 3 boxes at the same time it could be that the bandwidth is stressed out!
