im trying to win that raffle , so i can complain about the box and service too ;D

i didn't see your three other posts about the same problem , nor do i think anyone else did either because we are all trying to win that box in the raffle ! ;D

Is that the EPG from the service ?

Did you include the issue in the title of the email ?
That always helps and shows them server tech admins the issue, even without opening the email itself

My fix for the epg is to use multiple methods.
With the server EPG you use the MAC attached method, or that app.
With Playlist URL method you can choose which EPG to use. There are a few here, Shooty been keeping maintenance on his very well.

Point is that if you get the multiple methods working and saved, then you can go between them for which EPG is working best at any given time.
Having an STB that has these multiple functions is best, but even without, you could still use apps like Perfect player and etcc.. to use the Playlist URLs and EPG URLs

I mentioned and posted example data, a week or two ago, regarding the Providers EPG formatting irregularities.
If someone would pass the info along (to help the service, nothing more!), then all will have one less thing to complain about.

BTW, I would be happy to provide formatted guide data for the Provider to use as a base, and they could add the obscure or extra data, then host it.

Well it's sad even providers with 20 channels have discription on epg,heck even ota channels do .
