Freezing like crazy after 9 pm

Whats with all the freezing...and its worse after 9pm...why ?

I watched tv this afternoon with the occasion freezing...wait and see after 9 pm tonight if it gets worse

Well, you can set your watch it now. IPTV goes down same time every night, about 5:15pm, and doesn't work for the rest of the night. Oh wait.... I'm sure it's MY equipment that works just fine all day and then mysteriously stops working the same time every night.. Ya right.. This is getting old. I won't be renewing anymore.
