XR4000 Backup & Restore Function

Been testing various new functions on the BuzzTV XR4000. The backup and restore was the focus today. I can get it to Backup but it will not restore. Tried it on a very minimal loaded box as well as a fully loaded one. No Love Today !!!!

Back up came up fine with large letters stating it would take upto 20 minutes to complete the Backup.
When I restored to a freshly updated box the screen went black and flashed green from time to time.
stayed in this loop for 1 hour when I stopped it. I had to do a "toothpick" reset to get the box to boot other wise it sat on the Buzz Logo screen.
I worked on this for 4 hours with the same result backing up & restoring with different flash drives.
I used USB 3.0 & 2.0 drives

when i restored i got a message saying file was corrupt

my file size was 833mb each of the 5 times I backed up. It was the same "load" on the box
